Changing File Format in the Editor
WireTap Studio's lossless and non-destructive editor can quickly and easily change file format and settings with no loss of quality or audio to the original recording.
To change the file format in the editor:
- Select a recording in the library and click on the Edit button, or simply double click the file.
NOTE: To edit a file not recorded by WireTap Studio go to the File menu and select Open... - Click on the Format button.
- Use the File Format menu to set the new file format.
- Set the options for that file format.
- To save your changes, either go to the File menu to Save, press command s, or close the recording and click on Save in the dialog presented.
